Sustainability Manager Reporting and Compliance (m/f/d)

The place of work is flexible with the opportunity to work from home according to our different work (time) models.

Your Tasks:
  • Translate external ESG expectations into internal structures and processes of the WEPA Group
  • Analyze relevant ESG trends, regulations and standards with regard to their strategic impact
  • Identify key ESG risks (e.g. environmental, occupational safety, supply chain, compliance) and develop measures in collaboration with the Head of ESG Excellence
  • Coordinate inquiries, questionnaires and ESG ratings from external stakeholders
  • Organize ESG reporting, including documentation in accordance with the DMA (Double Materiality Assessment)
Your Profile:
  • Personality: Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, structured working style and you enjoy driving sustainability forward in a corporate environment.
  • Working: Inspiring, passionate about sustainability, engaging, ability to work in multifunctional teams, able to manage complex topics with clarity and focus.
  • Experience and Know-how: At least 3 years of relevant experience with a focus on ESG-related topics and a solid understanding of key frameworks and standards.
  • Qualification: Master's degree in sustainability or equivalent.
  • Languages: Very good skills in written and spoken English, German is a Plus.
  • Other: You are familiar with ESG legal requirements such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy and ESG rating and reporting platforms like EcoVadis or CDP comparable sustainability assessments. Ideally, you have first experience in compliance management.
