Sustainability Manager Reporting and Compliance (m/f/d)
The place of work is flexible with the opportunity to work from home according to our different work (time) models.
- Translate external ESG expectations into internal structures and processes of the WEPA Group
- Analyze relevant ESG trends, regulations and standards with regard to their strategic impact
- Identify key ESG risks (e.g., environmental, occupational safety, supply chain, compliance) and develop measures in collaboration with the Head of ESG Excellence
- Coordinate inquiries, questionnaires, and ESG ratings from external stakeholders
- Organize ESG reporting, including documentation in accordance with the DMA (Double Materiality Assessment)
- Personality: Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, structured working style, and enthusiasm for driving sustainability forward in a corporate environment.
- Working: Inspiring, passionate about sustainability, engaging, able to work in multifunctional teams, and to manage complex topics with clarity and focus.
- Experience and Know-how: At least 3 years of relevant experience focused on ESG topics and a solid understanding of key frameworks and standards.
- Qualification: Master's degree in sustainability or an equivalent qualification.
- Languages: Very good skills in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- Other: Familiarity with ESG legal requirements such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and ESG rating and reporting platforms like EcoVadis or CDP. Ideally, some experience in compliance management.
