Qualifikationen

• 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Halbleiter- oder Automobilindustrie.
• Fließend in Englisch; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.

Are you passionate about driving sustainability in an industry crucial for the green, digital transformation?

Join Nexperia as a Sustainability Manager with a focus on Climate Management and be a catalyst for positive change!

Your Role:

1. Lead Scope 3 GHG Accounting: Drive continuous data collection, calculation, and reporting in line with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and other frameworks like EcoVadis and GRI.
2. Develop Climate Transition Plans: Create scenarios, set targets, define KPIs, and implement reduction actions, including internal carbon pricing.
3. Monitor and Report Progress: Oversee the implementation of reduction actions, ensuring continuous accounting and reporting.
4. Manage SBTi Targets and CDR Rating: Handle SBTi membership and support the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) rating.
5. Conduct Climate Risk Assessments: Manage the Climate Risk Assessment and ensure its compliance with CSRD, Taxonomy, and other stakeholder requirements.
6. Engage and Coordinate: Collaborate with global departments and external consultants, and assess relevant regulations and standards.
7. Benchmark Assessments: Provide insights and comparisons to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

1. Educational Background: Master’s in sustainability management or business administration with a focus on sustainability or carbon accounting.
2. Professional Experience: 5 years in Sustainability Management, preferably in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
3. Expertise: Proficient in GHG accounting, CSRD reporting, SBTi, and CDP.
4. Work Ethic: Independent, structured, and quality-focused with a collaborative mindset.
5. Skills: Strong persuasion, communication, empathy, and intercultural networking abilities.
6. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
7. International Experience: Highly valued.
