Qualifikationen

  • Bevorzugte Studienrichtungen: Betriebswirtschaft, Umweltpolitik.
  • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in nachhaltigkeitsrelevanten Rollen.
  • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch, Spanisch von Vorteil.

Sustainability Manager (m/f/d)
based in Berlin
Your responsibilities
  • Advance the ESG strategy development and implementation
  • Responsibility for the management of projects within ESG material topics
  • Prepare non-financial reporting according to mandatory and voluntary standards (CSRD, GRI, TCFD) and drive continuous improvement of regular internal and external reporting and communication on sustainability actions and KPI’s
  • Provide support to site management in implementing sustainability projects/program/processes
  • Manage sustainability assessments e.g. Ecovadis, CDPRisk Management System advancement
  • Advise, review and monitor progress on ESG topic roadmaps
  • Drive implementation of climate impact reduction projects and circular practices for waste and water usage in our manufacturing plants
  • Systematization of data collection and analysis for sustainability programs
  • Maintenance of systems to measure the progress of sustainability initiatives
  • Improve organizational competencies on sustainability through advice and training, e. g. in the form of workshops, best practices sharing and local engagement initiatives
  • Monitor market and legislative / standards developments regarding sustainability and run ad-hoc analysis regarding impact on Cabka’s activities
  • Peer analysis and monitoring
  • Organizing and chairing meetings, conducting administrative tasks
Your profile
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business or Public administration / Environmental Policy / Management / Engineering or similar majors
  • Project management skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role with sustainability reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge in dealing with regulatory publications
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in regulatory developments and the ability to present complex requirements to the business in an understandable way
  • Independent, self-motivated, and structured work style
  • Proficient in MS 365, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and German, Spanish is a plus
