Sustainability Manager ESG Controlling & Governance (m/f/d)

The place of work is flexible with the opportunity to work from home according to our different work (time) models. Proximity to one of our WEPA locations is advantageous.

Your Tasks:
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the sustainability data domain
  • Develop and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performing data products, including data logic, APIs, and user interfaces
  • Collaborate with other departments or data product teams to address domain-specific needs and leverage data governance processes
  • Support in developing the data product roadmap to enable group-wide tracking and steering of sustainability-related data points and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and the integration of sustainability KPIs into company-wide reporting tools
Your Profile:

Personality: Purpose-driven and committed to sustainability with a stakeholder-focused mindset, strong team player with the ability to connect and collaborate across various functions.

Working: Analytical, structured, and conceptually strong, data-driven with a pragmatic approach to execution in a dynamic environment.

Experience and Know-how: Experience in sustainability/ESG, data management, or controlling. Familiarity with the development and scaling of data products, preferably experience with SQL or Python.

Qualification: Academic background ideally in the fields of Sustainability, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Process Engineering.

Languages: Fluent in English, written and spoken.
