Design and manage processes, tools, and frameworks for global CO2 KPI reporting, ensuring accurate, consistent, and compliant reporting of climate data to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure the company’s sustainability reporting fulfills all compliance laws and global initiatives (e.g., CSRD, CDP, SBTi).
  3. Science-Based Targets (SBTi) & Global Initiatives:
Lead the company’s commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), defining reduction targets and creating a roadmap for their achievement.
Prepare for global sustainability initiatives and ensure that the company is aligned with international climate goals.
  4. ESG Ratings & Reporting:
Lead the execution of external ESG ratings (e.g., CDP) and identify areas for improvement.
Manage ESG reporting and continuously optimize efforts to meet both regulatory requirements and corporate sustainability goals.
  5. Training & Development:
Design and deliver training sessions for internal teams, including sales colleagues, to build awareness around key sustainability topics, reporting requirements, and how sustainability drives business growth.
Serve as a confident, outgoing trainer who can engage and motivate internal stakeholders to embrace sustainability goals and practices.
  6. Sales & Business Impact:
Collaborate with the sales team to integrate sustainability into the sales process, assisting with ESG-related reporting and ensuring the fulfillment of sustainability criteria in tender proposals.
Understand the business impact of sustainability and identify ways in which sustainability initiatives can create new business opportunities, enhance brand reputation, and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  2. Ideally some experience in corporate sustainability, carbon footprint management, and ESG reporting.
  3. Deep knowledge of CO2 reduction strategies, sustainable supply chains, product sustainability, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Science Based Targets, CDP, CSRD).
  4. Proven ability to engage with senior leadership (division presidents, group leaders) and operational teams to drive sustainability initiatives and achieve corporate targets.
