We’re now looking for a Sustainability Data Specialist 50% to help shape a healthier, more sustainable planet.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive impactful sustainability initiatives across our global operations.
2. Improve sustainability data quality and monitoring. Analyze KPIs and report progress to senior management.
3. Collaborate with teams across R&D, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Product Management to enhance performance and reduce our environmental footprint.
4. Support CSRD/ESRS reporting (Ascom Netherlands), contribute to SBTi validation, and complete ESG ratings (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP).
5. Co-host workshops with senior leaders, aligning business functions with our long-term sustainability goals.
6. Monitor evolving regulations and trends, and support the creation of impactful content—from sustainability reports to corporate policies.

What You Bring

1. Background in Environmental Science, Emissions Calculations, or related fields. Familiarity with GRI, CSRD standards, and sustainability data management tools.
2. Experience in global companies, working with senior leadership. Strong project management, data reporting, and ESG documentation skills.
3. Expert in Microsoft Office and ESG reporting tools.
4. Strategic thinker, data-savvy, and highly collaborative. Comfortable navigating diverse teams and global contexts.
