Due to our increasing customer numbers, as well as upcoming legislation (feel free to Google CSRD or EU Taxonomy), we need reinforcement in the team and would like to have you on board.

WHAT YOU DO

• The role is "post-sales" and as such is located within our company's technical sustainability team.
• About 70-80% of tasks focus on customer support and customer management, while the remaining tasks include analyzing individual customer data and further developing processes.
• You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability to deliver project content for customers as well.
• You onboard new customers to our software.
• You support customers as a "clearing house" for questions and issues related to the use of our products and conduct their technical consulting in the field of sustainability.
• You interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers and support them in decisions for optimal use of our tools and services.
• You are the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers.
• You develop and manage tools for monitoring customer activities and respond to this monitoring.
• The primary internal working language will be English, but communication with customers will mainly be in German.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
• You have native-level German language skills.
• You work independently and are customer-oriented.
• You are characterized by a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• You communicate clearly and confidently.
• You are motivated to learn new sustainability content independently.
• You also have work experience with at least one of the following topics: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis.
• Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus.
