Position: ISCC Integrity Assessor (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to conduct on-site and remote Integrity Assessments for the ISCC certification system. The role involves planning, preparation, and execution of assessments, primarily focusing on regions such as Europe, Asia, North America, or Latin America, with a regional emphasis on LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and prepare for on-site and remote Integrity Assessments in coordination with the ISCC office in Cologne.
2. Develop and coordinate schedules and audit plans for assessments.
3. Conduct assessments at certified companies and certification bodies, verifying compliance with ISCC standards across diverse markets and certification scopes, including waste and residue points of origin.
4. Verify traceability documents, mass balances, and other sustainability criteria under ISCC standards.
5. Focus on social issues, including human rights and fair working conditions.
6. Compile Integrity Assessment Reports.
7. Contribute to the ongoing development of the ISCC System and Integrity Program.

Your Profile:

1. At least five years of experience in certification or quality management in the LATAM region.
2. University degree in a relevant field.
3. Independence and no conflicts of interest as an auditor.
4. Experience in audit areas such as traceability, mass balance, social compliance, GHG emissions, or land use change.
5. Knowledge of waste and residue-based biofuel supply chains or agricultural supply chains.
6. Experience in the chemical industry and circular economy is advantageous.
7. Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese or other languages are a plus.
8. Understanding of global supply chains, complex organizations, and human rights standards.
9. Willingness and ability to travel frequently and adapt to flexible schedules.
10. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and independent work style.
11. Proficient in MS Office tools.
