Role: Surgical Sales Specialist

Location: South East Germany (Bavaria)

We are currently recruiting for a Surgical Sales Specialist to join our Surgical sales team in Germany.

What To Expect:

  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and upsell our portfolio of products.
  • Build rapport with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Present and collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers, healthcare providers, and others to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide surgical procedure and technical product support during surgeries, as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
  • Stay informed about market developments in your territory to maximize market share, product acceptance, and meet specifications.
  • Travel across the Bavaria region and work within a team of experienced, driven sales professionals.

What We Expect:

  • Technical or administrative professional qualifications.
  • Successful sales experience within a MedTech company.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and a strong command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70-80%, depending on business needs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
