Role: Surgical Sales Specialist

Location: South East Germany (Bavaria)

We are currently recruiting for a Surgical Sales Specialist to join our Surgical sales team in Germany.

What To Expect
  • Conducting sales calls and meeting with key decision makers to introduce / upsell our entire portfolio of products.
  • Building rapport with existing clients and new.
  • Presenting and working closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers, health care providers and others necessary to achieve sales objectives.
  • Providing surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
  • Keeping abreast of market information for your territory to ensure maximization of market share, product acceptance, and specifications.
  • Travelling across the Bavaria region and working within a team of experienced, driven sales professionals.
What We Expect
  • Technical or administrative professional qualifications.
  • A good level of successful sales experience with a MedTech company.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry would be desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and strong level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience with Salesforce CRM would be desirable.
  • Willingness to travel, on average 70-80% travel time - fluctuating with business requirements.
  • Holds current driver’s licence.
