Job description

Tasks

1. Chemical cleaning and pickling of aerospace components in accordance with production orders and defined procedures
2. Coating of small parts in compliance with technical specifications
3. Monitoring and control of drying processes to ensure material quality
4. Cleanliness checks using physical and optical analysis methods
5. Preparation of cleanliness certificates in accordance with industry-specific standards
6. Operation and maintenance of cleaning systems to ensure a smooth production process
7. Working under cleanroom conditions in accordance with the highest quality standards
8. Transport of sensitive components using cranes and industrial trucks

Requirements

1. Successfully completed vocational training or comparable qualification, e.g. as a chemical-technical assistant or chemical laboratory technician
2. Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry and as a technical clerk
3. Experience in pickling, cleaning and surface treatment
4. Knowledge of testing and verifying the purity of components and media
5. Proficient in MS Office and SAP
6. Business fluent in German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
7. Safe handling of cranes and industrial trucks
8. Unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory
