National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help empower young adults with complex needs to live as independently as possible. You will build positive relationships, listen, discuss goals, and plan activities with individuals in your care.

Responsibilities include planning daily tasks, assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal care, medication administration, and accompanying clients on activities. A full UK driving license is required, and a joining bonus is offered.

• A team player, able to work effectively with other colleagues.
• Resilience to keep going at difficult times and the confidence to ask for support if needed.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Due to the individuals we support, we would prefer you to be comfortable with physical exercise.
