Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to our customers and field service staff for installation and troubleshooting of parking management systems by telephone and e-mail
- Logging and monitoring open support requests and ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to resolve issues
- Performing remote diagnostics and corrections for short-term troubleshooting
- Providing and forwarding technical information for complex implementation and troubleshooting projects to Level 2 Support
- Consistent contact with customers to inform them about the progress of requests or to ask for additional information
- Regular updating of open tickets in CSM tools as owner or requester
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Knowledge management within the company in the form of training courses and the creation of documentation
- Technical support for other departments, including sales, project management and field service
- Active contribution to product and service improvement
Experience
- Technical/commercial education or comparable. Newcomer are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service and a strong service orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present technical problems and solutions appropriately to any audience
- Technical interest, problem-solving orientation and the ability to adhere to processes
- Familiar with Microsoft applications and Windows operating systems
- Excellent German and good English skills
