As a Supply Planner, you will connect manufacturing, sourcing and sales to secure smooth and efficient product flow. Leveraging insights from the S&OP process, you will convert business intelligence and demand forecasts into actionable supply plans that support our strategic goals.
To thrive in this role, you combine strong analytical capabilities with a collaborative approach and a problem-solving mindset. You are comfortable navigating both strategic and operational levels, and you bring an integrated perspective to supply chain challenges. This position is based in Sweden, with the possibility to work from any Epiroc location within or close to the CET/CEST time zone. While we offer a hybrid work model to support work-life balance, the role is connected to our Kalmar site, and occasional presence in Kalmar will be required to foster collaboration and belonging within the team.
