We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position Supply Officer (m/f/d) After Sales for Standard.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and searching for solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard and hardware materials.
2. Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs.
3. Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays, and managing recovery plans.
4. Participating in the definition and negotiation of logistic processes.
5. Monitoring the performance of the supply chain and maintaining regular contact with suppliers.
6. Communicating regularly with internal customers about order progress.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in engineering, Business economics, supply chain, or a comparable qualification.
• More than two years of professional experience in:
  • Scheduling / Material Procurement
  • Purchase
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain
• Good knowledge of Project Management and SAP.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Basic proficiency in German.
