As a Supply Officer at our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will play a key role in the efficient management of processes and supply chains. Your structured and results-oriented way of working and your strong communication skills will enable you to meet deadlines, optimise processes and build sustainable business relationships.

The gross annual salary is between €71,500 and a maximum of €73,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

• Coordination and control of the entire supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials
• Order management including demand reporting, order tracking, delay analysis and escalation management
• Daily monitoring of supplier performance in collaboration with purchasing, logistics and production
• Development and implementation of measures for process optimisation in the supply chain
• Participation in cross-departmental improvement projects with internal and external partners
• Independent responsibility in the agile working environment of a dynamic team
• Active involvement in the design of future-oriented supply management processes
• Close cooperation with international stakeholders to secure the supply chain

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, supply chain or logistics
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement or supplier management
• Sound knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes
• In-depth SAP user knowledge and confident handling of Google Workspace
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and fluent English (min. B2)
• Willingness to travel for European business trips (approx. 1x per month)
• English CV required
• An unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
