As a Supply Officer at our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will play a key role in the efficient management of processes and supply chains. Your structured and results-oriented way of working and your strong communication skills will enable you to meet deadlines, optimise processes and build sustainable business relationships.
The gross annual salary is between €71,500 and a maximum of €73,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Coordination and control of the entire supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials
- Order management including demand reporting, order tracking, delay analysis and escalation management
- Daily monitoring of supplier performance in collaboration with purchasing, logistics and production
- Development and implementation of measures for process optimisation in the supply chain
- Participation in cross-departmental improvement projects with internal and external partners
- Independent responsibility in the agile working environment of a dynamic team
- Active involvement in the design of future-oriented supply management processes
- Close cooperation with international stakeholders to secure the supply chain
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, supply chain or logistics
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement or supplier management
- Sound knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes
- In-depth SAP user knowledge and confident handling of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and fluent English (min. B2)
- Willingness to travel for European business trips (approx. 1x per month)
- English CV required
- An unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
