Airbus Defence and Space in Manching is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (d/f/m) in Warehouse Operations. This role is part of the Airbus Military Germany Customer Services organization within the German Material Support On-Site team. Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, cost-effective management of spare parts and repairs
• Support procurement, repair, and logistics processes
• Assist in implementing new logistics services for the German Air Force
• Obtain logistics service offers
• Coordinate material and logistics data flows
• Support the German Material Manager and Warehouse Manager with Logistic Support Services
• Manage information flow with stakeholders
• Handle large data volumes to ensure system consistency

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with Material Support, Logistics, Supply Chain, and SAP MM preferred
• Proficiency in processing large data sets in spreadsheets
• Customer relationship management skills
• Process-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus
