Job Description:

In order to support our team in Manching Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Supply Chain Specialist (d/f/m) in Warehouse Operations

The position is an integrated part of the Airbus Military Germany Customer Services organization within the German Material Support On-Site team.

This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Ensuring timely, cost-efficient and high-quality material management of spare parts and repairs

• Support the smooth running of the procurement, repair and logistic process

• Support the implementation of new logistic services in accordance to all operational logistic needs from the German Air Force (GAF)

• Support in obtaining offers for logistics services

• Coordinate all topics related to smooth running of material data and logistics data flows

• Contribute and support the DE Material Manager and the Warehouse Manager for all aspects of the Logistic Support Services for the German customer

• Manage information flow according customer as well as internal and external stakeholder need

• Handling of massive data volumes to ensure consistency amongst all systems

Desired skills and qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or another relevant area

• Experience on Material Support, Logistics, Supply Chain and in SAP MM desired

• Experienced in massive data processing in spreadsheets

• Customer relationship management skills in particular at managing expectations and delivery

• Process oriented with high interest in continuous improvement and practical solutions, very high attention to details and rigor guaranteeing the service performance andavoiding non-qualities

• English and German language skills on negotiation level,additional language communication skills (French, Spanish, etc.) would be a plus
