Jobbeschreibung

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain Specialist" (d/f/m).

Responsibilities:
  1. Support projects and continuous business improvement.
  2. Build and strengthen relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to contribute to improvement processes.
  3. Identify new improvement actions and projects by benchmarking supply chain processes and tools, including parameter optimization, best practices, KPIs, Lean practices, and methods (SQCDP boards, troubleshooting).
  4. Apply Problem Solving Solutions or other lean tools to address root causes of issues or improvements.
  5. Apply project management principles to run project or improvement activities, especially change management.
  6. Manage Airbus internal flows between sites and external flows to suppliers (Risk Sharing Partner).
  7. Manage a portfolio of RSP (risk sharing partner) or Internacto to ensure timely deliveries of equipment to production sites.
  8. Verify and create supply requirements.
  9. Support industrial or planning changes, monitor deliveries, and coordinate with Logistics and customers.
  10. Anticipate customer risks and resolve issues to prevent missing parts, including prioritizing, organizing urgent shipments, supporting inventory reconciliation, or SAP cleanup.
  11. Manage secondary flows such as arranging shipments of replacement devices in case of rejects or losses, and handle disputes raised by customers (missing documentation).
  12. Develop strong relationships with RSP or internal customers to protect Airbus production and Supply Officers.
  13. Manage all related master data for these activities.
Your Profile:
  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
  • More than three years of experience in supplier management, production planning and control, and supply chain/logistics.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace.
  • Good knowledge of process management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes (APICS certification or experience) and lean toolbox is preferred.
  • Proficient in German.
  • Basic knowledge of French.
