Responsibilities:
- Support projects and continuous business improvement.
- Build and strengthen relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to contribute to improvement processes.
- Identify new improvement actions and projects by benchmarking supply chain processes and tools, including parameter optimization, best practices, KPIs, Lean practices, and methods (SQCDP boards, troubleshooting).
- Apply Problem Solving Solutions or other lean tools to address root causes of issues or improvements.
- Apply project management principles to run project or improvement activities, especially change management.
- Manage Airbus internal flows between sites and external flows to suppliers (Risk Sharing Partner).
- Manage a portfolio of RSP (risk sharing partner) or Internacto to ensure timely deliveries of equipment to production sites.
- Verify and create supply requirements.
- Support industrial or planning changes, monitor deliveries, and coordinate with Logistics and customers.
- Anticipate customer risks and resolve issues to prevent missing parts, including prioritizing, organizing urgent shipments, supporting inventory reconciliation, or SAP cleanup.
- Manage secondary flows such as arranging shipments of replacement devices in case of rejects or losses, and handle disputes raised by customers (missing documentation).
- Develop strong relationships with RSP or internal customers to protect Airbus production and Supply Officers.
- Manage all related master data for these activities.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
- More than three years of experience in supplier management, production planning and control, and supply chain/logistics.
- Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace.
- Good knowledge of process management.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes (APICS certification or experience) and lean toolbox is preferred.
- Proficient in German.
- Basic knowledge of French.
