Tasks

• Work directly with our Head of Supply Chain in Berlin to scale Gauder and position the company as a leading brand in home improvement and DIY.
• Lead high-impact projects such as sourcing new products, coordinating global flow of goods, and qualifying new suppliers.
• Analyze sales performance, forecast sales trends, and manage inventory across warehouses and continents.
• Improve internal processes and drive automation.
• Handle sample testing, benchmarking, and supplier auditing.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, logistics, e-commerce, or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and working with numbers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, fast, hands-on approach.
• Excellent English communication skills (min. C1); additional languages are a plus.
