Jobbeschreibung

Take off with us and take responsibility in the following role:
  • Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for on-time, on-quality (and on-cost when applicable) performance
  • Act as an escalation point in case of repetitive issues (develop short-term recovery plans)
  • Ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
  • Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision
  • Evaluate supplier capacity, capability, & performance; contribute to supplier development
  • Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, setting long-term development targets in coordination with the supplier development team
  • Ensure industrialization and fulfillment of Airbus requirements for new product introductions (e.g., Zero E)
  • Present supplier operational performance (KPIs, assessments, etc.) during MFT/MDT meetings
  • Maintain close communication and coordination with internal customer teams to ensure all relevant functions contribute to the delivery of procured goods or services
  • Serve as the focal point for operational activities and contract management with suppliers, acting as an ambassador of the supplier internally
  • Manage QSR (Quality Survey Report), survey potential production nonconformities, and initiate follow-up actions
Your qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Supplier Management, Project Management, Quality Management, and Supply Chain
  • Advanced SAP skills and proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of Change Management
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all management levels
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex industrial situations clearly
  • Willingness to travel
