Jobbeschreibung

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain Quality Manager" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

1. Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, ensuring on-time, on-quality (and on-cost when applicable) performance.
2. Act as an escalation point for repetitive issues and develop short-term recovery plans.
3. Ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial production.
4. Assess suppliers during tendering and contribute to selection decisions.
5. Evaluate supplier capacity, capability, and performance; contribute to supplier development.
6. Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, setting long-term development targets in coordination with the supplier development team.
7. Ensure industrialization and fulfillment of Airbus requirements for new product introductions (e.g., Zero E).
8. Present supplier operational performance (KPIs, assessments) during MFT/MDT meetings.
9. Maintain close communication and coordination with operational teams at internal customer sites to ensure contributions from all relevant functions.
10. Serve as the focal point for operational activities and contract management with suppliers, and as an ambassador of the supplier internally.
11. Act as the focal point for QSR (Quality Survey Report), monitor potential production nonconformities, and initiate corrective actions.

Your Profile:

1. Degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, aviation and aerospace, or a comparable qualification.
2. Over 4 years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, quality management, or supply chain.
3. Good knowledge of SAP.
4. Basic understanding of Change Management.
5. Fluent in English and German.
6. Willingness to travel.
