We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures, and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position of Supply Chain Quality Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring on-time, on-quality (and on-cost when applicable) performance.
  2. Act as an escalation point for repetitive issues and develop short-term recovery plans.
  3. Ensure industrial qualification maturity before the serial phase.
  4. Assess suppliers during tendering and contribute to selection decisions.
  5. Evaluate supplier capacity, capability, and performance; contribute to supplier development.
  6. Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, setting long-term development targets in coordination with the supplier development team.
  7. Ensure industrialization and fulfillment of Airbus requirements for new product introductions (e.g., Zero E).
  8. Present supplier operational performance (KPIs, assessments) during MFT/MDT meetings.
  9. Maintain close communication and coordination with operational teams at internal customer sites to ensure all relevant functions contribute to the delivery of goods or services.
  10. Serve as the focal point for operational activities and contract management with suppliers, acting as an ambassador for the supplier internally.
  11. Manage QSR (Quality Survey Report) processes, monitor potential production nonconformities, and initiate corrective actions.
Your Profile:
  1. Completed studies in engineering, supply chain, Business Administration, Aviation, Aerospace, or a comparable qualification.
  2. Over 4 years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, quality management, or supply chain.
  3. Good knowledge of SAP.
  4. Basic knowledge of Change Management.
  5. Fluent in English and German.
  6. Willingness to travel.
