Your role :

The Supply Chain & Warehousing Team is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Project Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate will join the Supply Chain & Warehousing team, which is part of the wider Marine Logistics & Supply Chain department within Fleet Operations & Maintenance – Offshore Wind.

We are seeking someone with experience delivering projects in a multi-stakeholder, complex organizational and operational environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for projects involving the development and implementation of supply chain & warehousing strategies and processes to meet business needs within an offshore wind environment.

This role requires the ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

This is an innovative and varied role, requiring excellent communication, time management skills, and solid project management expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or an Assistant Project Manager eager to advance their career.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing project scopes with stakeholders.
• Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and procedures.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

• Establishing milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinating team efforts to meet deadlines.

Team Management :

• Managing resource allocation.
• Aligning team efforts towards common goals.
• Monitoring performance and providing support.

Budget Management :

• Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
• Ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.

Change Management :

• Tracking scope, schedule, and cost changes.

Stakeholder Management :

• Managing relationships and expectations.
• Communicating updates.
• Mitigating risks with stakeholders and suppliers.

Your Essential skill set :

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project and other MS tools.

• Minimum of 5 years in project management roles.

Your profile :

• Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Law, or Trade are beneficial.
• Experience in contract negotiation is advantageous.
• Background in offshore/onshore wind industry is a plus.
• Proven track record in project management.
