Your role:

The Supply Chain & Warehousing Team are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Project Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will join the Supply Chain & Warehousing team which is part of the wider Marine Logistics & Supply Chain department within Fleet Operations & Maintenance – Offshore Wind.

We are looking for someone who has experience delivering projects in a multi-stakeholder, complex organizational and operational environment. The chosen candidate will be responsible for projects involving development and implementation of supply chain & warehousing strategies and processes to meet business needs within an offshore wind environment.

This role requires developing effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. It is an innovative and varied role, requiring advanced communication, time management skills, and project management expertise.

The ideal candidate has a background in supply chain management with 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or an Assistant Project Manager with 5 years of experience, motivated to advance their career.

Your future plans:

Project Planning:

• Develop project scopes with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.

Time Management:

• Establish milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate team to meet deadlines.

Team Management:

• Allocate resources effectively.
• Guide and support team members.

Budget Management:

• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure projects stay within scope and resources are utilized efficiently.

Change Management:

• Track scope, schedule, and cost changes.

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage relationships and expectations.
• Communicate updates and mitigate risks.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers.

Your Essential skill set:

• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to influence across cultures and geographies.
• Proficiency in MS Project and related tools.
• Excellent communication skills across teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

Your profile:

• Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, law, or trade are beneficial.
• Experience in contract negotiation is beneficial.
• Wind industry background is beneficial.
• Proven project management experience.
