tms is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in a dynamic, global environment. You will manage end-to-end logistics operations, coordinating internal stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PLs to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.

Responsibilities include overseeing logistics-related projects, maintaining ERP data, and ensuring compliance with customs and Incoterms. Strong English and German communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
• Proven experience in managing logistics or supply chain projects.
• Education in Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Experience in promotional items logistics is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with external logistics providers (warehousing, transport, fulfillment, customs brokers).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively (internal teams, suppliers, 3PLs).

• Experience working with ERP and logistics systems (e.g., Oracle JD Edwards, OTM).
• Sound knowledge of customs procedures, documentation requirements, and Incoterms.
• Basic understanding of promotional product workflows.
