Harvey Nash is searching for a Global Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager (m/f/d) in the Stuttgart area. You will drive strategic initiatives across supply chain, logistics, and global trade compliance, leading international teams and shaping target operating models.

You will combine supply chain know-how with strong project leadership, managing digital solution implementations, governance, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or comparable.
• Proven project management skills in waterfall and agile; PM tools/methods experience required.
• MS 365 basics knowledge essential (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with transformation programs and cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities:

Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional who knows how to turn complex business challenges into successful global transformation projects?

For our client, an international high-tech company, we are looking for a Global Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across supply chain, logistics, and global trade compliance.

In this role, you will combine your understanding of supply chain processes with strong project leadership to shape target operating models, drive process improvements, support the implementation of digital solutions, and lead cross-functional teams across an international organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop project charter and Business case (value, ROI of the project)
• Setting up project organization and governance
• Tool/solution evaluation and implementation
• Communication and change management plan and execution
• Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff
• Travell requirement 10%-20%

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or comparable.
• Proven project management skills in waterfall and agile with experience in applying project management tools and methods is a must. Certifications like Prince2, Scrum Master, or other is a plus.
• M365 (especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Teams) basics knowledge is a must
• Project Management Application knowledge (Jira, MS Project or others) is a plus
• Experience working as project manager on transformations
• Experience around supply chain & logistics process (in particular Global Trade Compliance, Drive shipment/logistics process improvement)
• Experience with Oracle ERP (or similar), GTM tools (Global Trade Mgmt) is a plus, system/process/data integration experience is a plus
• Proven change management experience is a must
• Solid experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, risk and dependency management
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken. German and/or Japanese is a plus.
• Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders
• Teamwork - must be able to lead several cross-functional teams to get their respective jobs done
