Advantest Europe GmbH in Böblingen seeks a Supply Chain PMO (m/f/d) to lead global transformation programs, including S&OP redesign and logistics optimization. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a highly international setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in supply chain leadership, strong global program management skills, and excels at cross-cultural collaboration across Germany, Japan, and the USA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience including planning, solution design, logistics and cross-functional transformation programs.
• Proven track record in project and program management within a global context.
• Strong stakeholder management across cultures and time zones (Germany, Japan, USA).
• Deep knowledge of supply chain risk, resilience and sustainability.
• Comfortable operating in matrixed, global environments with cross-time zone collaboration.
• Fluent in translating strategy into operational execution with value delivery focus.
• Hands-on while maintaining a strategic, results-oriented view.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain transformation programs from concept through execution.
• Serve as SME for planning processes in large-scale business process remodeling projects.
• (Co)-lead global programs with cross-regional governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage external consultancies to ensure quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain risk evaluation and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops, steering committees and change management initiatives.
• Track, report and communicate program status, risks and value realization to leadership.
• Define KPIs and success metrics with operations teams for sustainable performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain transformation programs, including S&OP redesign and logistics optimization, from concept through execution.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for planning processes in large-scale business process remodeling projects.
• (Co)-Lead global programs with cross-regional governance, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective project delivery.
• Manage and govern external consultancies, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence in the design and implementation phases.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain risk evaluation and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops, steering committees, and change management initiatives to ensure adoption and impact.
• Track, report, and communicate program status, risks, and value realization to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and success metrics in collaboration with operational teams to ensure sustainable performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ESG, regulatory, and corporate standards within supply chain programs.

Your Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including planning, solution design, logistics, and cross-functional transformation programs.
• Proven track record in project and program management within a global context.
• Strong stakeholder management across cultures and time zones (notably Germany, Japan, USA).
• Deep knowledge of supply chain risk, resilience, and sustainability.
• Comfortable operating in matrixed, global environments--particularly with cross-time zone collaboration (e.g., US, Japan and Germany).
• Fluent in translating strategy into operational execution, with clear focus on value delivery.
• Comfortable working hands-on while maintaining a strategic, results-oriented view.
