Tasks
(End-to-end) planning processes – integration into the Airbus planning tool (SAP) according to the standardized workflows and the decision on the main production plan
Optimization of the planning process – Definition and continuous improvement of the planning process within the supply chain
Demand signal management – ensuring the stability and quality of the demand signal and initiating measures in the event of deviations
Planning strategy & preliminary planning – developing a planning strategy, determining input data and carrying out preliminary planning
Planning scenarios & risk management – development and evaluation of planning scenarios, including risk analysis
Supplier forecast – creation of supplier forecasts for medium and long-term planning
Tool & KPI optimization – further development of planning tools and definition of KPIs for monitoring the demand signal
Interface management – managing interfaces along the entire demand chain from the customer to the supplier
Requirements
Degree in business administration, supply chain management or logistics
Several years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, supplier management and logistics
Profound user knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel/Google Sheets), as well as detailed expertise with SAP
Business fluent German and English (at least C1 level)
Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
