Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the timely procurement and coordination of goods both nationally and internationally.
• You will play an active role in the design and optimization of forecast and budget planning.
• You will prepare and implement necessary measures in the area of e-commerce and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the global team in accordance with internal guidelines.
• In addition to evaluating the existing supplier portfolio, you will analyze new procurement markets and carry out regular price monitoring and purchasing negotiations.
• You will coordinate workflows, ensure seamless data preparation and provide support with the IT connection.
• You will also monitor relevant key figures and present them reliably to the team and management.

Qualifications

• You have a degree or completed commercial training, ideally in the field of business or IT.
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable position and have a good understanding of global supply chains and material requirements planning.
• You are characterized by your analytical skills and an enormous affinity for IT.
• You can adapt flexibly to new market dynamics and sales processes without losing sight of business objectives.
• A strong sense of initiative as well as a proactive and solution-oriented way of working are a matter of course for you.
