This role supports the company's sales and revenue objectives by delivering reliable and cost-efficient supply chain operations across the cluster. You will collaborate with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organizations on all supply-related topics including logistics, stock management, master data, and will be responsible for maintaining effective 3PL relationships to ensure cost-effective service level targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Being part of the Cluster Supply Chain leadership team overseeing operations activities such as product/customer master data, stock availability, inventory alignment, periodic stock counts, 3PL management (including costs), co-packing activities, cost-saving initiatives, and external reporting requirements (GS1 data pools, recycling systems, intrastat).
• Leading the Supply Chain & Operations team and ensuring process standardization across all markets.
• Defining routine activities like weekly OOS projection and root cause analysis, control of batch received, and monthly 3PL cost controlling.
• Implementing best practices from the Center of Excellence across markets.
• Managing operational expenditure distribution costs and freight-out costs, including budgeting and tracking.
• Serving as the primary contact for stock projection, stock availability, and OOS issues within the cluster.

This role requires the following experience (preferably from the consumer self-care or FMCG industry):

• 5+ years in demand planning
• 10+ years in supply chain management
• People management experience
• Fluency in German and English
• Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP IBP
