The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualifications, between €73,000 and a maximum of €78,000. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Coordinate with internal and external partners regarding material availability in retrofit projects
- Support the Kit Factory in planning and producing retrofit kits
- Analyse material requirements based on engineering input and logistical parameters
- Manage customer orders and coordinate downstream supply chain activities
- Monitor retrofit projects with regard to on-time delivery and quality
- Collaborate closely with procurement, supply officers and production planning
- Plan production and rework orders and prioritise work orders accordingly
- Contribute to pre-planning reviews and adjust stock strategies where necessary
Requirements
- Completed university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or supply chain / logistics
- Several years of experience in customer service, supplier management, logistics, or process optimisation
- Proven experience in contract management
- Basic knowledge of lean management and civil aviation documentation
- Experience with Airbus is a plus
- Solid skills in SAP R/3; Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
- Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1)
- Willingness to travel within Europe approx. 1–2 times per year for 1–3 days
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
