For our client Airbus Operations GmbH based in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, we are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager Process Optimization Aviation. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and transformation of supply chain processes – with a focus on material planning, efficiency improvements, and digital solutions. The gross annual salary ranges between €82,500 and a maximum of €85,400, depending on qualifications.Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description
Tasks
  • Improve and scale supply chain processes with a focus on material planning
  • Implement optimization projects to increase efficiency using data-based analysis tools (e.g. Skywise)
  • Take responsibility for the documentation and further development of procedures, processes, and policies
  • Execute process changes in line with supply chain and Satair strategy in a data-driven environment
  • Explore and implement digital solutions, especially in the SAP environment (e.g. SAP IBP)
  • Support compliance and training on supply chain policies and procedures across the end-to-end process
  • Take part in cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree in engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in process improvement, supply chain/logistics, material planning, customer service, and change management
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP MM/SAP PP and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Experience with Skywise is a plus
  • Fluent English skills (min. C1) and proficient German skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
