Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d)

Overview

Responsibilities:

1. Holistic planning, inventory, and delivery responsibility for multiple product groups to manage demand and SCM processes.
2. Ensuring delivery capability and timely supply to the German market and international subsidiaries using SAP.
3. Independent handling of operational purchasing and ordering processes with external suppliers (CMOs) and invoice verification.
4. Managing European and non-European customer relationships, ensuring stock levels and availability in local warehouses in collaboration with logistics and transport consolidation.
5. Analyzing and resolving WE-RE discrepancies and conducting forecast analysis to ensure delivery capability for globally distributed customers.
6. Creating allocation plans in bottleneck situations with contract manufacturers and regional supply chain management.
7. Establishing new supply chains (and SCAs) for product groups under responsibility and conducting customs compliance checks.

Qualifications:

1. Completed vocational training (industrial clerk or comparable), ideally with additional qualification (industrial business administrator or similar).
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in production planning and control, procurement, and SCM.
3. Solid project management experience.
4. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
5. Proficient in SAP systems (PP, MM, SD) as well as APO and BW.
6. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with excellent numerical understanding.
7. High commitment and flexibility.
8. Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills, with a strong customer orientation.
