Tasks
- Planning and provision of material and overseas delivery units to ensure material availability in Hamburg, Bremen, Mobile and Tianjin
- Capacity procurement for the ramp-up of material and overseas delivery units
- Central point of contact for material logistics initiatives, in close coordination with operational logistics and project teams
- Optimization and further development of delivery units together with relevant stakeholders
- Responsibility for repair management and monitoring of maintenance by external service providers
- Development of new delivery and transport solutions for efficient project implementation
- Coordination with procurement and support of the tendering process
Requirements
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing and production, process improvement and supply chain / logistics
- Good knowledge of project management and process management
- Sound IT skills in Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English
- Driving license class B/3
- English CV required
- Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa) mandatory
