We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to join our talented team based in Wiesbaden, Germany. You will be responsible for ensuring the supply availability of finished goods for our customers in the EMEA region.

1. Lead Local S&OP Meetings: Coordinate service levels and inventory management to guarantee supply availability.
2. Quantity Planning: Develop and align local production plans, creating feasible rough plans for the next 1-3 months and managing replenishment of bulk materials and equipment from the supply network.
3. MRP Ownership: Maintain accurate calculations and transparency by setting parameters and strategies, including inventory coverage and buffers.
4. Inventory Management: Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet supply and service level agreements.
5. Local Procurement: Manage procurement activities for all materials and services.
6. Supply Performance Monitoring: Analyze root causes of issues to maximize service levels within global inventory guidelines.
7. Operational Excellence: Collaborate daily with Customer Service, Production, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
8. Project Participation: Contribute to global and local projects as needed.

About you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling roles
• APICS certification, IBF, Oliver Wight, or similar preferred
• Extensive experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills
• Strong data analytics skills
