At our Berlin office we specialize in managing and developing fashion collections for Private Label brands within the About You umbrella. Our passionate team is dedicated to delivering innovative trend-driven and high-quality designs. Behind the scenes efficient supply chain management is key to ensuring our collaborations launch on time and meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring the logistics process helping to ensure a smooth flow from order placement to delivery
• Manage inventory levels ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of products
• Schedule and track shipments working closely with freight carriers and transport companies to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve any issues related to shipping including delays damages or discrepancies promptly and effectively
• Assist with forecasting and planning of inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demands
• Support compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation
• Maintain close communication with fashion buyers and manufacturers

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field preferred; a Masters degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management and shipping regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of SQL, project management tools and Google Looker Studio is a plus
