Site Supply Chain Manager

Karlsruhe, Germany | Manufacturing | Fluent German Required

I'm working with a multifaceted manufacturer headquartered in the US with several sites across Europe. Their Karlsruhe site is the largest — they are now searching for a Site Supply Chain Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to bring improvements and new ideas into an organization, owning and improving planning, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations. You will define KPIs, implement, and continuously develop new strategies and processes, collaborating with Purchasing and Production. You will also work closely with the Head of Operations on strategy, processes, and improvements.

The structure?

• You’ll report to the Head of Operations and lead:
• A Logistics Manager (with a team of blue- and white-collar workers)
• A Buying & Planning team
• You’ll work very closely with Strategic Procurement, Production, and broader Operations. This is a true cross-functional leadership role.

What you’ll need:

A background in supply chain within a manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience in planning, buying, logistics

Team leadership experience

Confidence with ERP systems (Oracle preferred but not required)

Fluency in German — non-negotiable

The salary package varies by candidate, experience, and fit, from €90,000 to €105,000.
