Qualifikationen

Your Impact

To support our mission, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager - Focus Buying (f/m/d) to strengthen our Supply Chain & Operations team at our Berlin office. In this role, you will work at the very core of our product operations – making sure that we get the right components in the right place at the right time.

You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, ensure reliable and cost-efficient sourcing, and keep our stock levels healthy. With your structured and hands-on approach, you'll help us keep things moving – every single day.

Your mission

• Forecast demand, monitor stock levels, and maintain optimal inventory turnover while preventing stockouts
• Handle import-related duties, including customs declarations and coordination with relevant authorities
• Negotiate existing supplier contracts to optimize our costs
• Source new suppliers that meet our price and quality expectations
• Ensure product compliance and manage necessary certifications, including regular reporting to authorities
• Support the daily business – from smartwatch setup, shipping, and returns to logistics coordination and documentation
  
  
  

Your talent

You are a communicative, well-organized, and confident personality

• fluent in English (C1 level spoken and written)
• German at B2 level or above is a plus but not required
• Mandarin skills are a nice-to-have and could be a valuable asset for some of our supplier relationships
• You bring a cost-conscious mindset and enjoy negotiating – you're not afraid to push for the best results when dealing with external partners
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets – you're confident working with formulas, analyzing data, and drawing insight
• You have strong time management and prioritization skills, and you're able to stay on top of multiple tasks without losing sight of the details
• You have a natural sense for people, communicate clearly and professionally, and know how to stay composed and solution-oriented even under pressure
• You are dependable, hands-on, and eager to learn – always ready to tackle challenges proactively and independently
• You enjoy working with numbers and have a structured, analytical way of thinking
• Experience with tools like Google Workspace (e.g. Docs, Slides), Slack, Notion, or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus, but not required
