Efficient planning meets strong communication!

Use your strong communication and teamwork skills as an Supply Chain Manager at our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Nordenham. Organise end-to-end planning, coordinate efficiently and make a significant contribution to the success of the company. Strengthen the team and drive success!

The gross annual salary is between € 62,800 and € 66,100. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU.

Job description

Tasks

• (End-to-end) planning processes – integration into the Airbus planning tool (SAP) according to the standardized workflows and the decision on the main production plan
  
• Optimization of the planning process – Definition and continuous improvement of the planning process within the supply chain
• Demand signal management – ensuring the stability and quality of the demand signal and initiating measures in the event of deviations
• Planning strategy & preliminary planning – developing a planning strategy, determining input data and carrying out preliminary planning
• Planning scenarios & risk management – development and evaluation of planning scenarios, including risk analysis
• Supplier forecast – creation of supplier forecasts for medium and long-term planning
• Tool & KPI optimization – further development of planning tools and definition of KPIs for monitoring the demand signal
• Interface management – managing interfaces along the entire demand chain from the customer to the supplier

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management or logistics
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, supplier management and logistics
• Profound user knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel/Google Sheets), as well as detailed expertise with SAP
• Business fluent German and English (at least C1 level)
• Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
