Job description
Tasks
Coordination between production, partner companies and customers to ensure punctual deliveries
Interface between production, ordering, supply chain and quality to ensure efficient processes
Analysing and optimising work processes for continuous improvement
Supporting the use of SAP systems for internal teams and subcontractors
Responsibility for key projects and process optimisation programmes
Production coordination in the plant including deadline tracking and action control
Monitoring order status and delivery dates to ensure deadlines are met
Providing and analysing commercial data such as costs and lead times for enquiries
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in business administration, supply chain / logistics or supply chain quality with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator
Several years of professional experience in production planning and control as well as in the area of supply chain
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Business fluent in German and English
Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
Team player with experience in cross-functional environments, negotiation skills and strong customer focus
