Job description
Tasks
  • Manage and optimise physical logistics processes from unloading to material delivery
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead time, quality and cost
  • Proactively handle disruptions, including escalation and root cause analysis
  • Implement short-term improvement initiatives in the local logistics environment
  • Evaluate logistical impacts of planning changes
  • Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with legal regulations
  • Support audit preparation and contribute to topics such as occupational safety, environment and hazardous goods
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as procurement, logistics service providers and production
Requirements
  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of aerospace, project management or supply chain management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP; Google Workspace desirable
  • Basic knowledge of change management and project management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift model)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
