Job Requirements

• BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years applicable industrial experience
• APICS, ASCM, or DDI Certification
• Knowledge of Alkegen, its products, manufacturing processes, MRP systems, and computers
• Proficient in adaptive coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Plan production for all product lines, ensuring efficient plant capacity utilization
• Meet delivery deadlines and expedite as needed
• Manage inventory of finished goods, WIP, raw materials, and resale items
• Ensure resources are available to production personnel
• Develop reports and forecasts
• Participate in S&OP team activities
• Assist the plant manager as required
• Ensure safety, quality, customer service, cost control, and environmental compliance
• Implement FIFO and maintain related processes
• Conduct coaching sessions with direct reports
• Coordinate production activities and establish priorities
• Set quality standards and develop budgets
• Gather data on orders and delivery schedules

Qualifications/Experience

• BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of industrial experience
• APICS, ASCM, or DDI Certification
• Knowledge of Alkegen’s products, manufacturing, and systems
• Proficient coaching skills
