Our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder is looking for you as a Supply Chain Management Dispatcher with strong communication skills at all levels — internally and externally. You integrate effortlessly into the team, work responsibly, remain resilient even under pressure and maintain an overview at all times thanks to your organizationaltalent. Play an active role in shaping smooth processes in a complex supply chain.

The gross annual salary is between €71,500 and a maximum of €73,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description
Tasks
  • Evaluation of the supplier portfolio to optimizeordering strategies and parameters
  • Managing demand forecasts, orders and communication with suppliers and internal customers
  • Ensuring on-time, quantity and quality-compliant delivery of outsourced and purchased products
  • Handling the entire ordering process including master data maintenance and order confirmation
  • Procurement of materials for upgrades, repairs and retrofits
  • Processing deviations, non-conformities and escalations in the event of bottlenecks or quality problems
  • Supporting problem solving and initiating corrective measures in collaboration with SCQM and Purchasing
  • Participation in process evaluations and audits as well as ensuring data consistency for product launches and changes
Requirements
  • Completed studies in business administration, supply chain / logistics or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, purchasing as well as operational and strategic procurement
  • Experience with Airbus an advantage
  • Confident handling of supplier management and escalation processes
  • Very good user knowledge with SAP, know-how with Google Workspace desirable
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 level), French an advantage
  • English CV required
  • Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
