Job description
Tasks
  • Administrative support of customer orders including ensuring the agreed delivery dates
  • Checking and coordinating internal requirements data for completeness and plausibility
  • Requirements planning, scheduling and procurement of electrical components, systems and technical services
  • Delivery monitoring (quantity, deadline, price) and communication with customers and suppliers to ensure delivery capability
  • Analysis of the delivery performance of manufacturers and suppliers to derive optimization measures
  • Identification of risks in the supply chain and initiation and management of initial countermeasures
  • Processing delivery disruptions and implementing recovery measures to restore delivery capability
  • Creating and maintaining invoices as part of order processing
Requirements
  • Completed training as a technician or specialist in business administration, supply chain / logistics or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, customer service, supplier management, supply chain or customer management
  • Good knowledge of risk management, knowledge of data management an advantage
  • Initial experience in sales is an advantage
  • Sound user knowledge of Windows, SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent English (at least C1) and basic German language skills
  • Willingness to potentially be on call 24/7
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
