The Supply Chain & Logistics Director EMEA will be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end supply chain and logistics strategy across EMEA, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Collaborating with manufacturing and commercial teams to align supply chain operations with business growth and customer expectations.
• Overseeing third-party logistics providers and ensuring service excellence across all channels.
• Implementing best-in-class inventory management practices to optimize working capital and service levels.
• Leading cross-functional projects to improve supply chain agility and reduce environmental impact.
• Building and mentoring a high-performing, international supply chain team.
• Ensuring compliance with global standards and regional regulations across all logistics and supply chain activities.
• Representing the EMEA region in global supply chain leadership forums and contributing to the development of global best practices.
