Vention is expanding its EMEA team and seeks a Supply Chain professional to manage MRP, inventory, and inbound logistics. You will coordinate with the Supply Chain Director and cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and logistics processes across regions.

You will drive KPI dashboards, manage inventory health, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to mitigate risks. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus, and a strong analytical mindset will help you excel in this

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience in global procurement or supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical and data skills; Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the overall Supply MRP process, including daily and mid-term execution.
• Conduct supplier risk assessment and collaborate with Supply Chain Director.
• Track inbound logistics and customs with carriers and Montreal team; mitigate risks.
• Maintain KPI dashboards (OTD, inventory turns, fill rate).
• Ensure inventory health and lead investigations with concrete recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with Montreal team on NPIs, end-of-life parts, master data updates.
• Support orders planning and scheduling with Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

As part of Vention's EMEA team expansion, reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for executing MRP, inventory, and inbound logistics operations, while supporting supplier risk management and cross-functional coordination with the extended Supply Chain, Operations Sales and engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own of the overall Supply MRP process, including daily and mid term execution Local suppliers performance review and risk assessment jointly with the Supply Chain Director

• Inbound logistics & customs tracking follow-up with carriers, and logistics team in Montreal incl risk assessment mitigation

• Maintain & assess key supply chain KPIs reporting dashboards (OTD, inventory turns, fill rate)

• Responsible for Inventory health, issues related to inbound/ inventory investigations and drive concrete recommendations.

• Ensure effective engagement, collaboration and cooperation with internal clients and suppliers

• Work closely with the Montreal Team on NPIs, end of life parts management, master data updates.

• Work collaboratively with the Operations Team to support Orders planning and scheduling and ensure on time parts delivery and flag risks.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Supply Chain Business degree;

• You bring 5+ years’ experience in global procurement, Supply chain position

• Strong analytical and data skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or data analysis tools a strong plus).

• You have excellent communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary team;

• You have Excellent organizational skills and pay close attention to details. Your work is always up to date.

• A curiosity to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to contribute to something meaningful

• APICS or SCMP certification is an asset

• Fluent English required; German is a plus
