Your Responsibilities

• Drive and steer high-impact projects across sourcing processes of E.ON's product and service categories in collaboration with the business.
• Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to improve supply chain processes.
• Manage projects with a focus on delivering quality results and meeting milestones.
• Collaborate with negotiation experts and category teams to refine sourcing strategies.
• Design communication strategies and decision templates for senior management regarding sourcing activities.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional qualifications like PhD or MBA are welcome.
• Several years of project management experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management; consulting experience with strategic procurement is also valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high-level project management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working independently and in teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
