We are delighted to be working with a dynamic and growing Medical Device manufacturer based out of the Baden-Württemberg area of Germany. Due to their continued development and growth, they are looking for a Director of Supply Chain who will join their site leadership team and take charge of shaping their future.

The role will be tasked with completely rebuilding the organisation’s End-to-End Supply Chain infrastructure, including all systems and processes, to ensure that the site and organisation are in the best position to cope with planned development and growth.

The position will lead teams covering procurement, all planning (demand, supply, and production), distribution, and warehousing.

To be considered for this position, candidates will need to be degree educated and have at least 10 years of supply chain experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership position. You will also need to demonstrate a successful history of designing and implementing process and system changes across the function, especially in S&OP processes, and have prior experience covering materials, all planning, and logistics.

Ideally, this individual should have experience working with Medical Devices; however, experience in other sectors will also be considered.

The individual will need to be onsite at least 4 days a week near Trossingen and speak both German and English.
